Nutmeg Hard Sauce
|Butter/Regular margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. In small bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat butter until light.
2. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until fluffy and smooth. Turn into small, attractive bowl.Sprinkle generously with nutmeg. Chill till required
3. Serve chilled
