White Cheese Sauce
|White sauce||1⁄2 Pint (In Pouring Or Coating Consistency)|
|Cheese||1 1⁄2 Ounce, finely grated|
1. In a saucepan,heat white sauce.
2. Put in cheese to the boiling sauce. Turn off the heat and beat well until smooth. Take care as to just melt cheese in the sauce and not cook.
3. Serve separately with salads, or use to toss salads of your choice.
