Mustard Sauce for Ham
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, combine the mustard, sugar and flour together.
2) Stir in the vinegar, water and butter, blend thoroughly.
3) In a saucepan, beat the eggs, then stir in the mustard-vinegar mixture.
4) Stir continuously and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
5) Use the Mustard Sauce for Ham, as required.
