Herb Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.

SERVING
3) Use the Herb Mayonnaise as a sandwich spread or salad dressing or as required.
