Orange Sauce For Crepes

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , sliced with rind
  Oranges 2 , sliced with rind
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In saucepan, heat the butter and sugar together, until slightly colored.
2) Add the lemon and orange end slices with the skin side down, then
press with back of a wooden spoon.
3) Stir in the orange juice and grated rind, cook until the sauce is bubbly. 4) Remove and discard the lemon and orange pieces.

SERVING
5) Spoon the sauce over crepes, add the brandy, then flame for 1 or 2 minutes and serve immediately.
