Pork And Vegetable In Creamy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Loin pork 1 Pound, cut to serving size
  Tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Hot water 1 Can (10 oz)
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced green beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Dash
  Black pepper To Taste
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Medium heat the skillet.
Add vegetable oil to the skillet.
Add pork loin, cook for 10 minutes.
Add tomato soup, hot water, onion, and carrots.
Stir the ingredients.
Add garlic, green beans, basil, oregano, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.
Stir them well.
Cover skillet, lower the heat for an hour.
Uncover the skillet, stir the ingredients.
Set the skillet aside.
Serve with rice.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the dish.
