Creamy Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
  Unpeeled cucumber 1
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, snipped
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Cut the cucumber lengthwise in half and scoop out the seeds.
2) Shred just enough cucumber to make 1 cup. Do not drain the cucumber.
3) Combine together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper.
4) Blend the ingredients together well.
5) Chill the sauce.

SERVING
6) Serve or use the sauce as and when required.
