Ravioli with Tomato Sauce
|Frozen cheese ravioli||24 Ounce (2 packages, 12-oz size)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||2 Pound (2 cans, 1-lb size)|
|Canned tomato sauce/Tomato sauce with cheese||16 Ounce (2 cans, 8-oz size each)|
|Dried oregano leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
1 As per the package instructions, cook ravioli.
2 Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan,mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and garlic powder.
3 Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
4 Lower the heat, and let simmer, uncovered, until ravioli is done.
4. In the center of a serving dish, arrange drained ravioli and spoon the sauce around the edge, drizzling a little over the ravioli.
5 Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
