Strip Steaks with Broccoli and Spicy Orange Sauce
|New york strip steaks||40 Ounce, trimmed (Boneless, 4 steaks, 10 ounces each)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Safflower oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Beef broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red pepper flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen cut broccoli||1 Pound, thawed (1 bag)|
|Orange marmalade||1 Tablespoon|
|Asian dark sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
1.Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour on the steaks.
2.Heat oil in a large heavy skillet on medium high flame.
3.Put the steaks in it and cook for 6 minutes by turning one time.
4.Put the chicken on a cutting board and cover with foil.
5.Put broth and pepper flakes in the skillet and boil.
6.Once done, continue cooking on low flame for 4 minutes.
7.Add marmalade and broccoli until heated through for approximately 2 minutes.
8.Turn off the flame and add sesame oil.
9.Make slices of steak of 1/3 inches.
10.Serve slices of steak with topping of sauce.
