Strip Steaks With Broccoli And Spicy Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  New york strip steaks 40 Ounce, trimmed (Boneless, 4 steaks, 10 ounces each)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen cut broccoli 1 Pound, thawed (1 bag)
  Orange marmalade 1 Tablespoon
  Asian dark sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour on the steaks.

MAKING
2.Heat oil in a large heavy skillet on medium high flame.
3.Put the steaks in it and cook for 6 minutes by turning one time.
4.Put the chicken on a cutting board and cover with foil.
5.Put broth and pepper flakes in the skillet and boil.
6.Once done, continue cooking on low flame for 4 minutes.
7.Add marmalade and broccoli until heated through for approximately 2 minutes.
8.Turn off the flame and add sesame oil.
9.Make slices of steak of 1/3 inches.

SERVING
10.Serve slices of steak with topping of sauce.
