Ham Nuggets In Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dark brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (firmly packed)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Baked ham 3⁄4 Pound (2 cups, Chunky nuggets)
  Wide noodles 6 Ounce, cooked (1 package, 2 2/3 cups)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pot, add water and cook raisins for 5 minutes.
2) Make a mix of brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, and vinegar and add to water and raisins.
3) Cook till slightly thickened.
4) Add ham and heat well.

SERVING
5) When ready to serve, heat a shallow baking dish or deep platter.
6) Add the drained hot noodles and pour the ham and sauce over center.
