Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 3 , hard cooked
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon (or more to taste)
  Shallot 1 , minced
  Parsley sprigs 3 , chopped (few)
  Minced chervil 1 Tablespoon
  Gherkins 1 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Strain egg yolks through a sieve.
2.Mix the yolks with salt, mustard and pepper.
3.Add oil drop by drop and continue mixing.
4.Put mustard, shallot, vinegar, parsley sprigs, chervil, gherkins and capers and mix well.

SERVING
5.Serve with meats.
