Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Red pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan heat butter. Add red pepper and onion and sauté until soft.
2) Transfer the mixture into a blended and process till smooth.
3) In a saucepan heat cream and salt until it starts to boil.
4) Stir in between.
5) In a small bowl mix cornstarch and water.
6) Add it to the boiling cream to thicken.
7) Stir in the pepper-onion mixture.

SERVING
8) Serve the sauce over plates of pasta.
