Classic Drawn Butter Sauce
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable broth||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Hot)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
1.Heat 1/4 cup of butter and add flour to it.
2.Add broth to the flour mixture and cook on low flame until smooth and thick.
4.Put remaining butter and lemon juice and mix well.
5.Put salt and mix.
6.Serve with seafoods.
