|Garlic||12 Clove (60 gm)|
|Olive oil||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
1.Crush garlic with salt in a mortar.
2.Take a deep bowl, whisk egg yols firmly.
3.Put the garlic mixture in the bowl and mix well.
4.Put oil drop by drop and continue blending.
5.After adding a few drops, put the rest of the oil in a thin jet stream and blend.
6.Put lemon juice once the mixture has a consistency similar to mayonnaise.
7.Put salt, if needed.
8.Serve as condiment.
