Horseradish Sauce With White Vinegar

Ingredients
  Horseradish root 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (Use Fresh)
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or More If Necessary)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor put horseradish root cubes and grind for 3-4 minutes till fine.
2) Do not inhale it.
3) Add white vinegar to it and mix until thoroughly moist.
4) Sprinkle salt over it and mix well.

SERVING
5) Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator and use as a condiment.
