Horseradish Sauce With White Vinegar
|Horseradish root||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes (Use Fresh)|
|White vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or More If Necessary)|
1) In a food processor put horseradish root cubes and grind for 3-4 minutes till fine.
2) Do not inhale it.
3) Add white vinegar to it and mix until thoroughly moist.
4) Sprinkle salt over it and mix well.
5) Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator and use as a condiment.
