Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 6 , chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Espagnole sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat butter and cook mushrooms in it until no moisture is left.
2.Put wine and mix for a few minutes.
3.Put Sauce Espagnole, tomato puree, and parsley.
4.Mix well.
5.Add a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

SERVING
Use the sauce as desired.
