Sauce Au Porto
|Port wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Meat extract/Glace-de-viande||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Espagnole sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soft butter||2 Tablespoon|
1.In a saucepan, put 1/2 cup port wine and boil until 3 tablespoon wine is left.
2.Put sauce Espagnole to it and cook on low flame for 2- 3 minutes.
3.Put glace- de - viande or meat extract and add some more wine.
4.Cook for 2-3 minutes until the wine evaporates.
5.Turn off the flame and add butter in small bits.
6.Serve with grilled foods.
