Deep South Hot Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger ale 7 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Cracked black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground mace 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat oil; put onion and garlic in it and cook for 10 minutes.
2.Put tomato puree, chili sauce, vinegar, ginger ale, black peppercorns,seasoned pepper, salt, sugar, all spice, mace, hot pepper sauce in it and cook for 15 minutes.

SERVING
3.Serve as condiment.
