|All-purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|White stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Small onion||1 , stuck with 1 whole clove|
|Whole clove||1 (For Sticking In Onion)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
1.Heat 4 tablespoons of butter until melted.
2.Add flour and mix well.
3.Slowly add the stock and stir.
4.Put onion with clove and bay leaf and cook for sometime on low heat until a thick mixture is formed.
5.Strain after the ingredients have simmered for 10 minutes.
6.Add leftover butter and cream and stir.
7.Put lemon juice to enhance the taste.
8.Serve hot with sauteed chicken.
