Tomato Sauce For Snacks

Ingredients
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 38 Ounce, mashed (Use 2 Cans, 19 Ounce Each)
  Tomato sauce 7 1⁄2 Ounce
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In Dutch oven heat cooking oil over medium heat.
2) Stir in onion and garlic.
3) Saute for 5 minutes until soft.
4) Mix the remaining ingredients and stir.
5) Bring to boil and cook uncovered.
6) Cook for about 1 hour stirring occasionally.

SERVING
7) Serve with snacks of your choice.
