Pineapple Peach Dipping Sauce
|Canned crushed pineapple in juice||8 Ounce, undrained (1 can)|
|Glaze for peaches||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated fresh ginger/1/4 teaspoon ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In a non metallic bowl, combine the ingredients.
2. Stir until well blended.
3. Use as it is or cover bowl and refrigerate to chill thoroughly before serving.
4. This sauce makes a wonderful dipping sauce for chicken nuggets or egg rolls. You can also use it as a glaze for grilled or barbecued poultry or pork.
