Favorite Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Special oil 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Elder)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a saucepan, put cornstarch, mustard, salt, sugar and cayenne pepper in it.
2.Add oil and milk to it and stir.
3.Cook the ingredients on low flame by mixing well until the mixture boils.
4.Cook for 2 more minutes.
In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and vinegar.
5.Put the cooked liquid in the bowl slowly and continue stirring.
6.Put the mixture back in the pan and heat on low flame for 1 minute by stirring.
7.Allow the mixture to cool.

SERVING
8.Serve mustard sauce on coleslaw or potato salad.
