Paprika Veal In Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Veal scallops 1 Pound (12 pieces)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 3 Tablespoon
  Nonfat dry milk powder 4 Tablespoon
  Special margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 In a bowl, mix flour along with salt and paprika.
2 Dip the scallops in the mixture.

MAKING
3 In a skillet, melt the margarine and add the scallops.
4 Saute the scallops until browned on both the sides.
5 Transfer to a heated serving dish.
6 In the same skillet, add the mixture of dry milk and water.
7 Gently scrape the bottom and sides.
8 Bring to aboil.

SERVING
9 Pour over the scallops and serve.
