Remoulade Sauce for Seafood

Ingredients
  Special mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped stuffed green olives 3 Tablespoon
  Minced sour gherkins 3 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green onions 2 Teaspoon (scallions)
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine mayonnaise, anchovy paste, mustard, vinegar and Tabasco and blend until smooth.
2.Add olives, gherkins, scallions and parsley to it and stir.
3.Refrigerate for 2 hours.

SERVING
4.Serve with seafood.
