Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped fresh dill/1 teaspoon dill seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Egg yolk 1
Directions

Melt butter, add flour.
Stir until well blended.
Add stock gradually.
Stir constantly.
Cook slowly 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add dill, vinegar and sugar.
Season to taste.
Remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Stir in beaten egg yolk.
