|Plums||3 Large, peeled and sliced|
|Fresh orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brandy||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Combine nectarines, plums, orange juice in 2-quart Sauce Pan; bring to boil over medium heat; simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until fruit is soft, most of liquid is gone.
2. Remove from heat; stir in sugar, brandy.
3. Serve hot or cold over ice cream, pound cake, plain pastries, fresh berries, cut-up fruit, pancakes, crepes, waffles, custards, puddings or omelets. Makes 2 cups
