Chocolate Cinnamon Sauce
|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Corn syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In 4-cup (1 L) measure or bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
Stir in cream and corn syrup; blend well.
Microwave at High for 2 minutes or until simmering; stir in butter until melted.
Blend in vanilla.
Serve warm or at room temperature over ice cream.
(Sauce can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.)
