Rich Orange Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , juiced (Plus Enough Water To Make 1 Cup Liquid)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Grand marnier/Orange-flavored liqueur, if desired||4 Tablespoon|
1 Combine all ingredients, except liqueur, in 4-cup glass measure; beat with rotary beater until smooth.
2 Microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH. Beat well and continue cooking for 1/2 to 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH, or until thickened (about 175°F). Stir in Grand Marnier. About 1 1/2 Cups Sauce
