Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Place butter in 1-cup glass measure.
2 Microwave on 7 (MED. HIGH) for about 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Add mustard, parsley flakes, garlic powder and lemon juice. Pour sauce over fish to serve. 4 Servings
