|Confectioners' sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||8 Tablespoon, softened|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Add the sugar gradually to the softened butter, using an electric beater. Mix until well blended.
2. Add the brandy and mix again. Beat in the heavy cream. Chill thoroughly before serving. This makes approximately 2 1/2 cups.
