Quick Orange Sauce
|White sauce||4 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|Red wine||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Dessert Wine)|
1. Make up white sauce according to the directions on the package but use only 1/2 pint milk.
2. Add juice of 1 orange and 1/2 lemon and 1 dessertspoon red wine.
3. Add finely shredded peel of 1/2 orange.
4. Correct seasoning as required and serve with duck and pork.
