Steak With Horseradish Sauce
|Light cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Tablespoon, drained|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Beef shell/Strip steaks||4 (About 1 Inch Thick)|
In small bowl, blend cream cheese, 1/4 cup steak sauce and horseradish; stir in onion.
Cover; chill until ready to serve.
Grill steaks over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until done, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce.
Serve steaks topped with horseradish sauce.
