Billed Tuna Patties with Veggie Yogurt Sauce
|Low fat plain yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Grated carrot||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Light tuna in water||13 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans Of 6 1/2 Ounce)|
|Quaker oat bran hot cereal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Egg white||1 , slightly beaten|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
Combine 1/2 cup yogurt, carrot, celery, 1 tablespoon green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Combine tuna, oat bran, remaining yogurt, egg white, 2 tablespoons green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Shape to form 6 patties.
Saute in oil over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve each patty with 2 tablespoons yogurt sauce.
