Billed Tuna Patties With Veggie Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  Low fat plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Grated carrot 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Light tuna in water 13 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans Of 6 1/2 Ounce)
  Quaker oat bran hot cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine 1/2 cup yogurt, carrot, celery, 1 tablespoon green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Cover; chill.
Combine tuna, oat bran, remaining yogurt, egg white, 2 tablespoons green onion and 1/4 teaspoon dill; mix well.
Shape to form 6 patties.
Saute in oil over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve each patty with 2 tablespoons yogurt sauce.
