|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ripe tomatoes||2 Pound, peeled, seeded and chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat the olive oil in a heavy saucepan.
Add all the other ingredients.
Cook over high heat, stirring all the time, for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the tomatoes are just soft and hot.
