Honey Basting Sauce

Ingredients
  Steak sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In small saucepan, blend steak sauce, honey, sherry, cornstarch and basil.
Over medium heat, heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute; remove from heat and cool slightly.
Use as a baste while grilling beef, poultry or pork.
