|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
In a small saucepan, over very low heat, melt chocolate with butter or margarine, stirring constantly.
Add boiling water, sugar and corn syrup, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Increase heat to medium-low.
Simmer 4 minutes without stirring.
Stir in vanilla.
Cool to lukewarm.
Serve over ice cream or cake.
