|Soft brown sugar||4 Tablespoon (Rounded)|
|Golden syrup||4 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Margarine||2 Ounce (Luxury)|
1. Place the sugar and syrup in a pan. Heat and stir until dissolved.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Add margarine and water.
4. Return to the heat and boil for 2 minutes.
5. Allow to cool again and then serve with ice cream.
