Corn Flour Sauce
|Lemon rind strip||1|
|Castor sugar||3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Dessertspoon)|
1. Mix the cornflour with a little of the milk.
2. Heat the remainder of the milk with the lemon rind.
3. Pour the hot milk on to the cornflour, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
4. Boil for 5 minutes stirring all the time.
5. Remove the lemon rind and add the sugar.
