|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a 1-quart sauce pan, pour out the brown sugar, cream and butter. Mix this well and gently add the corn syrup to the pan.
2. Bring this to the boil over medium heat and stir continuously to ensure that a homogenous mix is formed
3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool till required
