Low Calorie Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Reconstituted nonfat dry milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Low calorie liquid sweetener To Taste
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract/Almond extract / peppermint extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat chocolate and 1 1/2 cups milk in top part of double boiler over hot water.
When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary beater.
Add salt and liquid sweetener according to directions on bottle.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour to make a smooth paste.
Stir into chocolate mixture and cook until thickened, stirring.
Beat in butter and flavoring.
