Chicken Liver With Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 6
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 3 , sliced
  Tomato paste 1 Teaspoon
  Meat glaze 1 Teaspoon (Bovril)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry red wine 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2.Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and cook garlic and chicken livers in it.
3.Put mushrooms, tomato paste and meat glaze to it.
4.Turn the heat off and add flour to the mixture.
5.Mix flour and add wine and stock.
6.Turn the heat on and cook the ingredients by stirring.
7.Add seasoning.
8.Put the prepared gnocchi in a shallow, greased oven dish.
9.Add a sprinkling of grated cheese to it and top with sauce.
10.Put some more grated cheese and drizzle butter.
11.Refrigerate the dish after covering.
12.Bake the dish for 20 minutes until hot.

SERVING
13.Serve warm.
