Prawns In Hot Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram, cleaned
  Tomatoes 250 Gram, sliced
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 10 Gram (About 5)
  Ginger piece 1⁄2 Inch
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 8
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Grind ginger, garlic, chillies and cumin seeds to a paste.
Heat 3 tblsps oil and fry the ground paste nicely.
Add the tomatoes and the rest of the spices and cook till thick.
Put in the prawns, vinegar and cover with water.
Cook till the prawns are tender and gravy thick.
