Curried Barbecue Sauce
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Steak sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Plain low-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In small saucepan, over low heat, cook onions and garlic in oil until tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in curry powder; cook 1 minute.
Stir in mustard and steak sauce.
Remove saucepan from heat; cool slightly.
Stir in yogurt.
Use as a baste while grilling poultry, lamb or pork.
