Onion Wine Sauce
|Onion wedges||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red cooking wine||2 Tablespoon|
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir onions and garlic in margarine until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in steak sauce and wine; heat to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Serve hot with cooked beef or poultry.
