Spareribs with Ginger Barbecue Sauce
|Italian dressing||8 Ounce|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ginger||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In a small saucepan, pour in all the ingredients except spareribs.
Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Preheat the grill
3. Place spareribs on a grill and cook for about 1 hour and 10 minutes turning and basting about every 15 minutes with the sauce.
4. Serve hot
