|Ripe tomatoes||3 Quart, chopped|
|Onions||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot pepper||1 Small, chopped|
1)In a large kettle, add all ingredients and mix well.
2)Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
3)Decrease heat and let it simmer for an hour or until thickened. Stir frequently.
4)Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
5)Use the tomato catsup and when needed.
