Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Semisweet chocolate squares/1 package chocolate chips 3
  Karo syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy double boiler, tip in the butter and chocolate
2. Mix well and melt gently over low heat till it forms a uniform paste
3. Add the rest of the ingredients
4. Stir this mixture for 8-10 minutes or till a smooth uniform paste is formed. Turn off the heat as it just starts to boil

SERVING
5. Serve as a warm dessert sauce over ice cream or desserts
