Low Cal White Sauce Mix
|Skim milk powder||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Store in fridge or freezer in closed container.
To use measure 1/2 cup mix into bowl.
Pour in 1 cup boiling water or vegetable juice from cooking.
(Makes medium sauce, add more or less for thick or thin sauce.) Pour over vegetables.
Ingredients such as cheese, mushrooms etc may be added for variety of flavors.
