  Tamari 2 Teaspoon
  Blackstrap molasses 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Crushed bay leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or Cracked)
  Cracked bay leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients

SERVING
2. Use it as a stock when preparing steam-stir vegetables
