Hot Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Tomato paste 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Low sodium water packed tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, unsalted (184 Gram)
  Water packed tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce (184 Gram, Unsalted Water)
  Water 500 Milliliter (2 Cup)
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh parsley 30 Milliliter, minced (2 Tablespoon)
  Minced fresh parsley 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Dried red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Hot Variety)
  Dried hot red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop the tomato and onion.
2) Mince the garlic and parsley.

MAKING
3) In a pan, steam-stir onions with little water until transclucent and tender.
3) Add all the remaining ingredients along with tuna water.
4) Boil the ingredients and over medium heat simmer for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve the sauce over whole wheat pasta or spaghetti with grated cheese.
